This is the best B&B in Santa Fe. Walt and Wayne run a clean, pleasant, beautiful, friendly, and efficient place located conveniently for restaurants of all levels as well as old town shopping. Walt is the host with the most, able to provide the lowdown on almost any activity in the area. Rooms are impeccably appointed and eat-off-floors clean. No detail is missed in the lodging or in the breakfasts, which are quite nice and often hosted by co-owner Walt himself. Look no further. Stay here. You'll be glad you did. And tell those front office weenie dogs Chica and Hanna hello for me.

Four Kachinas provided a wonderful home base for our Santa Fe adventure. I'm not typically a "B&B Person" but this place was a perfect example of all the benefits B&B have to offer. Specifically, Walt was a wonderful, gregarious host that could not only make solid recommendations for things to do and eat, but give you a lot of local color as well. Also I felt it was accessible to a diverse range of people. Walt bent over backwards to meet any dietary restrictions we had while managing to make tasty food. As for amenities, our bed was fantastically comfortable and we were close enough to the square to walk most places. The only thing I would request is a microwave in the breakfast room so we could heat up our leftovers.

Beautiful and peaceful room decorated with Santa Fe paintings and furnishings. Breakfast was healthy and delicious. The owners gave us great restaurant and entertainment recommendations. I will definitely be staying here again when I return to Santa Fe.

We very much enjoyed our stay in March at Four Kachinas. We were en route to Las Cruces, and stopped for a three-day adventure in Santa Fe. Wayne and Walt are so wonderful and know everything there is to know about Santa Fe galleries, shops, restaurants, and hikes. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and our room was very well decorated and comfortable. We will certainly return to Four Kachinas!
